Pink Lady® apple dark-chocolate bark

Melt chocolate over a double boiler until smooth.
Pour onto a lined large baking tray and smooth out using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
Garnish with fresh and dried Pink Lady® apple slices, pomegranate rubies, toasted coconut and edible flowers, if using.
Leave to harden in a cool, dry place. (On a hot day, chill in the fridge to set.)
Once set, break into shards and place on a serving platter.

4 slabs (100g each) good-quality dark chocolate

2 Pink Lady® apples, sliced

¼ cup (60ml) dried Pink Lady® apples

2 Tbsp (30ml) pomegranate rubies

¼ cup (60ml) coconut flakes, toasted

Edible flowers (optional)
