METHOD:

Heat oven to 180ºc. Lay baking paper on a baking tray.
Beat brown sugar, butter and egg in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Stir in flour, nutmeg, cinnamon salt and baking soda. Stir in apple.
Scoop teaspoons full of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each ball
Bake 10 minutes or until light brown.
Remove from oven and leave on on wire rack to cool.
