1 packet (220g) cos or butter lettuce

4-5 Pink Lady® apples, sliced

Handful red grapes

4 celery sticks, shaved or thinly sliced

2 Tbsp (30ml) chopped walnuts

¼ cup (60ml) double-cream plain yoghurt

2 Tbsp (30ml) mayonnaise

Juice (60ml) and grated peel of 1 lemon

Salt and milled pepper
